Do you sell posters?
No. There are plenty of really cool sites on the web to find posters, but that's not our bag. The Kult Collection is comprised of original production art (that's the animation art that was used in the production of an animated feature), original artwork such as paintings and mixed-media, and limited edition reproductions such as giclées (museum-quality prints). We do not sell posters or unlimited editions. Part of our mission is to grow the next generation of art collectors, so we'd like you to have something of collecting value. We're collectors ourselves so we've hand-selected the collection of art you see here because it's what WE like. If we wouldn't hang it on our own walls, we wouldn't want it on yours either.
What is Kult Kash?
When you register as a Kult Member you are automatically enrolled in our Kult Kash rewards program. We give our members a 10% credit towards future purchases with every purchase. That means if you buy an artwork for $399, we deposit $39.90 in your Kult Kash account that you can use towards a future purchase! You can check your balance at any time by logging in to your Kult account. It's free to sign up as a member and when you join we deposit $25 in your account to get you started. Pretty cool. (Kult Kash is awarded for online purchases only and is not redeemable in combination with other discounts.)
I see you offer free shipping. Really? On everything?!!!
Yes! We ship via UPS ground free of charge to anywhere in the United States. International orders are subject to a shipping charge. If you really need your art sooner, please select an expedited shipping option at checkout. A fee for expedited shipping does apply.
When can I expect to receive my art?
Fast! Orders for unframed art will typically ship within 3-5 business days after purchase. Framed orders take approximately 10-15 business days to ship because each piece is framed custom to order using high-quality materials.
Why is there such a huge price difference between some of the art?
We try our best to offer a wide selection of art at different price points. Some of our members are experienced art collectors and professionals while many of our members are just fans of pop culture who just started collecting. Several factors affect the worth and selling price of a piece of art. Rarity, subject matter, art type, artist stature, signatures and market demand are all factors in determining selling price. Original animation art and production art used in the making of a movie or tv show is typically sold at a higher price point than limited editions or lithographs, but there are always exceptions. At KULT, we guarantee that you are receiving a valuable high-quality work of art, but we don't like to sell our art as investment. We want you to hang your KULT art somewhere special so you can enjoy it every day. So... our advice is to collect what you like!
What if I don't like it? What's your refund policy?
Kult curators hand-select all of the art you see...and we are picky! We don't just offer our collectors every piece of art under the sun. We only offer our collectors quality pieces we think are cool, valuable and represent the Kult collector. We're 99.99% sure you are going to love your art because we do! However, if you just happen to fall into the 0.01% it's ok. We want you to absolutely love and admire your art. If you don't, you can contact us within 5 business days of receipt for a full refund. We will send you a return authorization code to write on the box and send it back. Artwork and frame must be in original condition for a full refund. Note that a store credit will be issued for any returns requested after the 5-day grace period. After 10 business days, all sales are final.
